PhoozL’s “super-judged” photo contests are called that both for the level of the head judges (some are legendary photographers) and also because in some cases, a two-part judging process occurs (depending on the number of entries and the judge’s preferences). In all cases, the head judge makes the final selection and determination of the winners.
